Omi

This is a next generation web framework that combines the advantages of Web Componenets and JSX in one. It is based on Shadow DOM, offers TypeScript support, and has modern reactive data-binding. What is more, Omi is extremely lightweight (4kb gzipped) and comes with an easy-to-use Chrome extension for debugging.
