Having issues with pro again. I thought I just re-enabled the membership but I looked today and it’s gone again lol. I cannot see my payment methods so idk what card y’all got.
I don’t remember when I enabled the membership in Nov although I’m sure you can. All I see is when it was cancelled in Nov.

Ah yes it looks like that the payment failed a couple of days ago:
But then it was auto retried today and it succeeded and you should be back to a Pro account again!
I don't see any logs in Paddle on why it failed a couple of days ago, maybe worth checking with your bank to see if they rejected the payment.
