Hi, I would like to offer a free subscription on wave without asking for credit card credentials. And for unlimited period. What is the best approach? Many thanks in advance!

Best Answer

For now you can open up the wave/src/WaveServiceProvider.php and comment out line 30, which contains the TrialEnded middleware:

    \Wave\Http\Middleware\TrialEnded::class,

You will then need to turn on free trial mode in the admin and remove any areas in the theme folder that reference 'Free Trial', because the logged in user, will essentially a freemium account.

Let me know if that helps ;)

Thanks Tony! It works great only thing is that it says FREE TRAIL in the menu. But I am planning to switch to the Tailwind CSS Theme anyways.
