Hi there,

I believe that once you've added your Google Analitycs tag as per the instructions here you will be able to verify your domain under the google search console too.

You can't directly add your dev blog to the search console. But one simple way is there to add. You may add your dev blog to blogspot. that Blogspot profile link you can add to the search console. It is an easy way to scroll your blog.
