Bringing back pro subscription after cancellation

Hello there, I canceled my subscription and I lose my pro access I just wanted to cancel the automatic renewal on my subscription. How can I bring back my subscription? I talked with Paddle and it acts as a reseller of digital products and as a payment processor so they can't help me. Who can help me with? Regards.

Hey @devrazec,

Right now, this is the way our pro subscription works. There is a warning on the screen and a popup that lets the user know that the subscription will be cancelled immediately.

I can reactivate your pro subscription for a couple weeks, but in return maybe you can give me some feedback on what might make you stick around after the subscription is complete.

Give me some feedback so that way I can continue to make the product better. What would have made you decide to stick around longer? Is there a feature you can think of? Or more templates?
