Since its release in 2017, Granny has seen several updates that have added new features, rooms, items, and even alternate escape methods. Later versions introduced the option to play in different difficulty modes, including Practice Mode (with Granny disabled) and Extreme Mode (where Granny moves faster and traps are more dangerous).
