It seems that Laravel is used in that script you are trying to install. I bet if you run the composer install it should install Laravel as well for you.

Laravel should automatically be installed when running composer install on your application. The video shows how to setup composer and all that. You will just not need to use it to create a Laravel application, but to run composer install instead.
