Recently changed hosting but how to change database?

Hi,

I have recently changed my hosting and now i am unable to get my website working as the database details are different so where do i have to change the details so i get my website working again?

You can change the database hostname, username database name and password in the application/.env file.

@mark thank you, i have done that but my website is loading blank page now i am not sure what i am doing wrong. I have transffered every file and whole database and changed .env file for new database details but still it is not woking

Seems like some weird configuration in your hosting setup. I would recommend either contact your hosting provider or hire a freelancer to figure out this issue for you.

Thank you very much Mark i was able to get it fixed i found that the php version was very outdated so changed it to 7.0 and it worked
