How to using RSA Authentication based with phpseclib

Hi, I got problem using PHPSeclib I confused, how to connect using RSA Key that protected by password? for example if you generate RSA Key with ssh-keygen -t rsa you will be asked about password it's optional, but if using password how to use it on phpseclib?
