forums not showing

hello guyz am really trying to incorperate the chatter package to my current projects. the problem is on my routes on a url blog.dev/forums am unable to acces the forums page. following the github repo readme the seed chattertable failed with no error but migration was succesfull. please help am stuck with no idea on how i can show the forum page.
