Can't get GeekShop Installed

I tried the whole day to install the GeekShop script, I purchased on CodeCanyon.

I use a shared webhosting of Hostgator, and saw the topic on the forums about the Shared Webhosting installation. Did all steps but still gives me error.

atal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home2/[..]/public_html/../bootstrap/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php56/lib/php') in /home2/[..]/public_html/index.php on line 22

If a support member could help me out would be awesome, I can provide domain and FTP details rather don't share it public.

Hey James,

Yeah, it looks like something might not be setup correctly with the folders. If you wanted to send me over FTP info on the codecanyon contact page here: http://codecanyon.net/user/devdojo

I'll go ahead and look into the issue and reply back here :)

Thanks a ton. Talk to you soon.

Ok, great. I've got the folder setup correctly; however, it's asking me for your database credentials. Can you either send them over to me, or add them to the file called .env that's in the root directory and we should be able to get it all setup :)

Thanks.

Great! Thanks.

I went ahead and added the database credentials. Go ahead and visit your site and you should see it up and working.

It looks like that you needed to Move all the files and folders one directory above the public_html folder and then you need to copy the contents inside the public folder of the application into your public_html folder and everything worked out from there :)

Awesome thank you a lot for the support, I have a quick other question:

If I want to move the files to a other domainname, can I just move the files or do I need to change files also? The domain name is on the same server!

Cheers,

Update: I tried the login on the /admin but it gives a other error: http://prntscr.com/enmme6

Ok, you should be good to go. For some reason not all of the files got transferred over.

Let me know if you have any other issues. Thanks James :)

Awesome, really appreciated the support, will leave a 5-star rating for you guys!

The only question I got left: I can move all the files to a other domainname on the same server or do I need to change files for that?

Cheers!

Great. Thanks. Yep if you want to change domains you should be able to do that in your cPanel, there should be no need to move the files. I'm sure your hosting company can help you out with that too :)
