After I typed an entire paragraph here and tried posting it, it said only subscribers could post there, on top of it, it erased everything I typed.

Why is it so hard to get this script working?

All I get is errors.

I assumed because this was made by the same author that coded Hello Video, it would be as good as Hello Video.

So, the first error is because you do not have the PHP file info extension enabled which is required. What kind of hosting do you have.

The second one is that you need to have a symlink setup for your storage.

Do you know how to enable the PHP file info extension? Let me know and I'll continue to help you out with the install. Thanks.

I am using namecheap's $10 hosting to test the script.

They told me everything on the requirements was enabled and properly working.

Do you know how to enable the PHP file info extension? And no, I don't. It's shared hosting, I don't think I have root access.

The PHP file info extension should be able to be enabled inside of cPanel. Also do you have SSH access to your server?

However, like I said above, I copy/paste the reqs over to the live support @ namecheap and they confirmed everything was working correctly.

How do I enable it using cPanel, and no, I don't have SSH access to the server.

The system requirements are probably met, but they probably disable some extensions by default on their server.

If you need further assistance send me over a message on the author page on codecanyon with your login credentials and I can help you within the next hour to get this all setup.

I thought this forum was for support? Since you were not going to offer it over there @ codecanyon? I'm confused. If I don't have SSH access, how can I configure the symlink?

So, php extension is enabled, I tried creating the symlink and got this: http://prntscr.com/eji1r6

I ran the sym command from within the public folder.

For everyone who reads this and has a similar problem.

When you upload the script, it comes with a messed up "storage" file that needs to be removed, then you need to re-create the symlink, that fixes the issues with the images. I don't know why so many errors pop when installing this script, but the guide might confuse you as it doesn't explain how to fix this errors. Again, if you remove the storage file inside public folder and re-create a symlink, your images issues get fixed.

If i have any further problems ill message you. Had to figure this on my own...

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I'll take this into consideration for future update.

Thanks again!
