Overview Web app, people signup online, login to use the app. The app allows creating diagrams with drag and drop, so imagine something like Google Draw, but much simpler, for a specific use case. For PC and Tablet online (web app).

Yes, I think that this will work for Wave!
What I could suggest is even giving Wave v3 a try once it is released in a few weeks!
