use voyager admin page on regular user dashboard

Hi is it possible to use the voyager admin dashboard on the wave user dashboard so i can have access on the subscription and be able to use the bread functionality for displaying and editing data.

Do I just copy some of the routes and view of voyager on to the wave directory folder?

If I ain't wrong, isn't Wave built with Voyager, it is just styled different to look unique, it is actually just Voyager.
