Suggestion to Form/UI tool/platform, Ent SaaS solution

Hello, we're looking to split off a rather large enterprise Cloud solution into a new independent commercial SaaS solution. Does anyone have a good suggestion for single page application Form/UI tool/platform that can handle and manage complex 200+ forms plus other UI elements?

If I got your question right, I've used Monday.com in the past for a similar thing and I was quite happy about it.
