My name is Maurice Calhoun, I have signed up yesterday for your service and I wanted to do a trial run. So I used Paypal to make my first payment, and since you all don’t offer a trial I decide to cancel the Recurring Payments, but when I go back to DevDojo don’t have Subscriber Access.

Please Help

Hey Marice,

Sorry to hear that you can no longer access. Can you go back into your Paypal account and click to re-enable re-curring payments and see if you can access. This way you can keep it on for 30 days and then when you want to cancel you'll need to log back into your paypal and cancel auto-payments :)

Let me know if that works. If not I'll help you out further with this issue.

Thanks :)
