For the logos section on tails, what is your recommendation for a tool to create the svg to conform to the design?

One option is to use the following website here:

Heroicons

Thier slogan is:

Beautiful hand-crafted SVG icons, by the makers of Tailwind CSS.

But any other site should also work well, though you might have to manually change the classes to match your needs.
