New menu item in Laravrl Wave

Hello guys , I m new to laravel wave and Voyager, so I m very confused as to how to display a new menu item ,and the routing as well, iw there any body who can kindly give me some hint on it ?
I already watch all the video tutorial but I didn't find what I have a problem with

As of the time being the frontend menus are not managed via Voayger but directly via the blade views at:
resources/views/themes/tailwind/menus/
