[HELP] Windows 10 Settings App Opens Occasionally

Hello everyone. I'm having a weird problem with my Windows 10 system. Since a few days, I am not able to open Windows 10 settings apps normally. Sometimes it opens, sometimes not. How can I solve this problem? Can anyone guide me to solve this? Any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I've not seen this specific problem, but noticed this very good step by step tutorial on the Dell website on how to fix this exact problem:

Thanks Bobby, for this quick response. I was super excited, so I forgot to update it here. But now my problem is resolved. I reinstalled the Windows Settings app with PowerShell. After doing this somehow this issue got fixed. In fact, after posting here, I’ve done some Google searches and read some articles, and this article that helped me to figure out the issue describes the Dell article in detail, including step-by-step screenshots.
