I finished the installation, however it instantly brings me to a 500 Internal Server Error.. Could you advise as to what I need to do differently?

This means that there is some kind of error on the site, meanwhile that the hosting provider have disabled showing the correct errors for security reasons. However this is a issue for a developer, so if you don't mind, could you ask your hosting provider to turn on errors and then let us know what it says then?

Hey Mark,

Just spoke with Siteground and they see 0 error logs from thier end. They said this is definately on your end with the script. Errors are already turned on as it is a paid hosting account. What can I do from here? Thanks!

Okay, then its often because its not a PHP error. I can be the apache setup along with the scripts .htaccess file. Please try removing line 2-4 of the .htaccess file.

If you this doesn't help, shot me a email with your FTP informations at [email protected].

There is no .htaccess within the installer file that was uploaded to my server.. I followed your intructions exactly how you had them. However I do see the .htaccess within the file i downloaded. Does this mean i need to upload the developer version instead of the installer file?
