Ok, I found the problem. It looks like the latest version is going to require PHP 7.0 or greater.

I have upgraded to the latest version of Voyager which requires some dependencies that require PHP 7.0 or greater. If you upgrade to 7.0 or greater the installer will complete without any issues. @iambuxer, I have logged into your server, upgraded to PHP 7.0 and the installation was completed. @wayne-hunter, let me know if that issue was resolved for you as well.

@wayne-hunter, I tried logging in to cPanel with the credentials you sent over but I am unable to login. Can you confirm the credentials. As soon as I get in I can help you further with the install.
