Duplicate payment

Hello, i have subscription that was payed in 24.02.2023 Receipt # 45687546-66149713 and in 09.03.2023 Receipt # 45687546-70217289 another. What is going on?

Hi there,

As far as I can see the payment on 24.02.2023 was supposed to be made on 09.02.2023, however Paddle were unable to charge your card up until 24.02.2023.

Here is a screenshot from Paddle:

Hence:

  • The payment made on 24.02.2023 was for the period from 09.02.2023 to 09.03.2023.
  • The payment made on 09.03.2023 is for the period from 09.03.2023 to 09.04.2023

I've extended your subscription date with 2 free weeks to cover for that period.
