Chatter New discussion does't created

I have using laravel 5.8 .

I have install chatter in the laravel project, but it does not generate discussion.

Thanx alot,

This error is solved.

But after installing chatter, i have installed Voyager and run the migrate command then my all chatter's dummy data is removed and database's chatter tables are empty. And the second problem is new disscussion is not creating also the URL of disscussion in not correct. The URL generated is http://server/forums/discussion but the right URL is http://server/projectName/public/forums/discussion.
