Can not post an answer (Chatter)

Hi, First, congratulations for the work done on Chatter. I just installed it on a clean and new environment (Laravel v5.6). Everything seems to be OK. However, once logged in, I can not post a new message or topic. "#new discussion loader" doesn't disappear from the screen. It seems that the JS does not load properly. Are you looking for ideas to correct the problem?

Hello Chatter is in bootstrap 3 and yet Laravel 5.6 is in bootstrap 4, is not it that can be done, it's just my little think, thank you

If I remember right, then Devdojo said he might look into updating Chatter to Bootstrap 4. However we are always open for pull requests.
