What kind of license is websites that are made in Tails Page Builder licensed under?

At the moment here is what the license permits and does not permit.
Permits: Creating websites, designs, mockups for yourself, clients, or organizations.
Does not Permit: Taking templates or parts of the templates to sell on stocks, markets, or share for free.
