Can't cancel my subscription
My subscription says I am on the "Pro Plan" however it only gives me the option to "Upgrade to pro".
I have tried to reach out via the help form but have not heard back. I would like to cancel my account and receive a refund for the subscription payment that went through during this issue.

I've went ahead and cancelled the Premium account for you and issued the refund from the last payment.
Thanks for contacting us, we moved to a new merchant account so there were still some legacy accounts using the old billing system.

Replying to this thread too as I'm in the same situation and have had no response.
I was incorrectly charged a renewal for a plan I'm not supposed to be on. I downgraded to basic a long while before the renew date.
After reading this thread I sent an email to Tony on May 8th. I've had no reply yet. I've also sent a private message to Tony on here but still nothing.
