What is in it, and how much.
Every amount is printed individually. Nothing in this formula is pooled into a blend.
| Ingredient | Amount | What it is there for |
|---|---|---|
| Lactobacillus plantarum | 12.4B AFU | Bloating and gas, measured at week 12 |
| Bifidobacterium longum | 9.6B AFU | Regularity and transit time |
| Lactobacillus rhamnosus | 8.2B AFU | Skin barrier and hydration |
| Indian pomegranate prebiotic | 400mg | Feeds the strains through the outer shell |
TN-01 is the formula the rest of the range is built around. Twenty-four strains were chosen one at a time, each because a published trial in humans — not a rodent model, not a petri dish — showed it doing something specific and measurable at a specific dose. We then kept that dose.
Why the capsule matters more than the count
Most of a probiotic's advertised count never reaches the place it is supposed to work. Stomach acid is the reason. TN-01 uses a capsule-in-capsule: an outer shell carrying a Mediterranean polyphenol prebiotic, and an inner core that stays closed until it is past the stomach.
That is why we report AFU — active fluorescent units, counted at the end of shelf life — rather than CFU counted on the day of manufacture. It is a smaller number and a more honest one.
What to expect, and when
Regularity tends to settle first, usually inside the first two weeks. The skin and bloating outcomes in our trial were measured at week twelve, so give it a season before you judge it. Take two capsules in the morning, with or without food.
Twenty-four strains, one dose each, every one of them at the amount that was actually studied.
Who it is not for
If you are pregnant, immunocompromised, or taking immunosuppressants, talk to your clinician before starting. We would rather lose the sale than guess on your behalf.
Questions we get asked, answered plainly.
How long before I notice anything?
Regularity usually settles inside two weeks. The bloating and skin outcomes in our trial were measured at week twelve, so judge it over a season rather than a fortnight.
Why report AFU instead of CFU?
CFU is counted at manufacture. AFU is counted at the end of shelf life, which is when you will actually swallow it. It is a smaller number and a more honest one.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. The capsule and the desiccant in the jar hold the count at room temperature for the full shelf life. Do not leave it in a car in summer.
Can I take all four formulas together?
Yes. Nothing in the range competes with anything else in it, and the morning and night formulas are deliberately separated. The bundle exists for exactly this.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, opened or not, on a first order. Send it back and we refund the whole thing including the shipping you paid.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Talk to your clinician first. The same applies if you are immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressants. We would rather lose the sale than guess.
