PM-04 contains no melatonin. Melatonin is a signal, not a sedative — it tells the body what time it is, and taken nightly at the doses sold over the counter it tends to blunt the signal it is imitating.
What is in it instead
Magnesium glycinate at 200mg, glycine at 3g, apigenin from chamomile extract, and L-theanine again at 200mg. Glycine at that dose has trial evidence for shorter sleep onset and better next-day alertness, which is the part most sleep products get backwards.
The morning is the test
A sleep formula that leaves you foggy has not worked; it has sedated you. We judged PM-04 on next-day alertness scores, not just on how quickly people fell asleep.
Taking it
Two capsules about forty-five minutes before bed. It pairs with TN-01 in the morning; nothing in either formula competes with the other.

How long before I notice anything?
Regularity usually settles inside two weeks. The bloating and skin outcomes in our trial were measured at week twelve, so judge it over a season rather than a fortnight.
Why report AFU instead of CFU?
CFU is counted at manufacture. AFU is counted at the end of shelf life, which is when you will actually swallow it. It is a smaller number and a more honest one.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. The capsule and the desiccant in the jar hold the count at room temperature for the full shelf life. Do not leave it in a car in summer.
Can I take all four formulas together?
Yes. Nothing in the range competes with anything else in it, and the morning and night formulas are deliberately separated. The bundle exists for exactly this.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, opened or not, on a first order. Send it back and we refund the whole thing including the shipping you paid.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Talk to your clinician first. The same applies if you are immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressants. We would rather lose the sale than guess.
