Most energy products are caffeine wearing a lab coat. AM-03 contains none. What it contains is three actives with trial evidence for sustained attention — and no evidence of a rebound in the afternoon.
The three
L-theanine at 200mg, the dose used in the attention studies, where it reliably flattens the jitter of whatever caffeine you are already drinking. Rhodiola rosea, standardised to 3% rosavins, studied for mental fatigue during long tasks. And citicoline, which supports acetylcholine — the transmitter most involved in holding attention on one thing.
It works with coffee, not instead of it
We designed AM-03 to sit alongside your first coffee rather than replace it. Theanine and caffeine have been studied together more than either has alone, and the combination is where the attention results are strongest.

How long before I notice anything?
Regularity usually settles inside two weeks. The bloating and skin outcomes in our trial were measured at week twelve, so judge it over a season rather than a fortnight.
Why report AFU instead of CFU?
CFU is counted at manufacture. AFU is counted at the end of shelf life, which is when you will actually swallow it. It is a smaller number and a more honest one.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. The capsule and the desiccant in the jar hold the count at room temperature for the full shelf life. Do not leave it in a car in summer.
Can I take all four formulas together?
Yes. Nothing in the range competes with anything else in it, and the morning and night formulas are deliberately separated. The bundle exists for exactly this.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, opened or not, on a first order. Send it back and we refund the whole thing including the shipping you paid.
Is this suitable during pregnancy?
Talk to your clinician first. The same applies if you are immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressants. We would rather lose the sale than guess.
