Just need some advice getting started

As the title says I'm just looking for some advice on where to get started. I basically need to build an online system to replace my google sheets as they are getting too large for my needs but I'm not really sure where to start or which platform to look at whether it be Voyager, Wave or SaaS Ad. I didn't want to spend too long looking at one option to later find another one would be better etc so I hoped someone could advise which may be the best solution for a database type app if anyone has any experience with this. In short it's a job tracker so I'd like to be able to add a job which contains various info such as location/costs etc that I can see on a single page by searching etc but I'd also like to be able to view tables similar to how I'd see the data in a spreadsheet for reporting etc (Say all jobs in a specific area/or costs etc). Are there any examples of a database app like this on any of these platforms or should I be looking at another approach for this?
I'm sure I'll have to spend quite some time learning what I need to build what I need but I also need to build something as soon as possible so any advice would be much appreciated.

Indeed Voyager is a good choice, it should provide you with most of the functionality out of the box in case that you are building this as a personal system and not a SaaS.
You would be able to create tables + models + views directly without no coding more or less.
You could start by going through the Voyager Academy crash course here:
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Bobby, Thanks for your advice, there are so many options available it's hard to know where exactly to begin. I'll do as you suggested and take a look at the Voyager Course and go from there.
