Cancel one of my subscription

Dear Devdojo Team,

I think the Wave SAAS is very useful to me so I want to see the video tutorial. After I pay for the subscription (without login Devdojo) I am unable to see the video tutorial.

So I register an Devdojo account but I still not a paid member. So I pay for the subscription again (after login Devdojo) finally I can see all the video tutorial.

The problem is that paddle now charging me twice since I have two payment. Can you help me to cancel one of my subscription? Can you refund one of my subscription if possible?

My Invoice number are: #57954296-98355814 (first payment, without devdojo account) #57961245-98364013 (second payment, this deveojo account)

I've gone ahead and canceled the duplicate payment and issued a full refund for it.

Hey Bobby, I've just made the same mistake and tried to subscribe from the Wave video player. I didn't realize that I could only sign up with my github account, so my first subscription was from a personal hotmail account ([email protected]). Receipt # 58272896-99149284. Can you please cancel and refund the Paddle subscription for [email protected]? I've now signed up using my github account and have signed up for a pro account as well again through this user.
