Anything we have not answered here, write to us. A person reads every email, usually within a few hours.
Is the Free plan really free for the whole team?
Yes. There is no seat limit and it never expires. You pay only when you need more than 50 docs or the Standard features.
Who counts as a person on Standard?
Anyone in your company who can edit. Guests who only read and comment on pages you share with them are always free.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front at $8 a person instead of $10. Add people mid-year and we bill the difference, pro-rated to the day.
Can we try Standard before we pay?
Every new workspace gets 21 days of Standard. If you do nothing, it drops to Free and every page stays where it is.
Do nonprofits and schools get a discount?
Registered US nonprofits and accredited schools get Standard at half price. Write to us from your work address.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Downgrade to Free whenever you like; your docs stay exactly where they are, and yearly plans are refunded for unused months.
