Identity
Signalhouse
A visual identity for a podcast network — one system flexible enough for twelve shows that sound nothing alike.

Twelve shows, twelve hosts, twelve audiences — and one network that needed to feel like a network without flattening any of them. The brief was a system, not a logo.
A grid that argues
The identity is a rigid typographic grid that each show is allowed to break in exactly one way: its own color, its own glyph, its own crop. The tension between the fixed frame and the one violation is what makes the family read as a family.
Cover art, episode cards, audiograms, and the web player all run from the same rules, so a new show can be brand-complete in an afternoon.
Rollout
We relaunched all twelve shows on the same day with a coordinated feed takeover. The network's combined subscriber count grew 40% over the following two quarters, and three shows charted in their categories for the first time.
