Questions people ask before they switch
Talk to a humanCan I keep the links I already have?
Yes. Import them from any shortener and Trace serves the same paths on your domain, so nothing that is already printed or posted breaks.
What counts as a tracked click?
One human hop through one of your links. Bots, prefetches and your own team's clicks from a signed-in session are filtered out and never billed.
How does attribution survive an ad blocker?
The click ID rides in the URL and then in a first-party cookie on your own domain, and the sale is posted from your backend. There is no third-party pixel to block.
Do partners need a Trace account?
No. They enrol on your domain, see their own dashboard there, and are paid from your payout run. Most never learn the product is called Trace.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Links keep redirecting. We tell you the day you cross the line and bill overage at the plan's rate rather than pausing anything.
Can I export everything?
Every click, sign-up and sale is yours. Stream it to your own warehouse continuously, or take a CSV of the lot in one request.
