Scope burn, split by kind of work

The scope-burn view now separates strategy, creative and account hours for every client, using the categories already in your time tracker. A retainer can hold steady at 38 hours a week while the strategy hours fall to zero, and until now the total hid that.

Each kind gets its own line against what was sold, and the Monday note names the one that moved.

  • Works with Hourline, Tallymark and Punchclock categories; map your own under Settings.
  • The hero bar on the Clients screen is stacked the same way.
  • Fixed: weeks containing a federal holiday were compared with a full week.

Improved

Monday notes arrive in your own time zone

Notes used to go out at 8:00 AM ET for everyone, which was 5:00 AM in Boise. Each account lead now gets theirs at 8:00 AM in the time zone on their profile, and an owner can set a different hour for the whole agency.

  • Choose any hour from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, in ET, CT, MT, PT, AKT or HT.
  • A quiet week is still a one-line note, so you know we looked.

New

A drafted agenda for every flagged client

When a client is flagged, the note now carries a button that opens a check-in agenda: three questions, each written from the signal that moved the score and phrased the way an account lead would ask it. Edit it, pick a time, and Keepwell sends the invite from your own calendar.

On Agency and Network plans.

  • A check-in that is held is logged against the client automatically.
  • Agendas can be exported as plain text for agencies that send their own invites.

New

Invoice timing from Billet and Paperlane

Two more billing connections. Keepwell reads when each invoice was issued and when it was paid, and compares the gap with that client’s own habit. Amounts are optional and can be switched off client by client.

  • The first late payment from a client who has never been late is called out in the Monday note.
  • Partial payments count from the date the balance cleared.

Improved

A held check-in now lifts the score

Until now a check-in could only hurt a score, by being skipped. That was unfair to the agencies doing the right thing. A check-in that takes place now adds to the score the following Monday, and one followed by a change in scope adds more.

  • Median lift after a held check-in: 9 points.
  • Fixed: a call moved to the same day was counted as skipped.

Fixed

Paused retainers no longer read as under scope

A client who paused for a month was being flagged for three weeks of zero hours, which was accurate and useless. Mark a retainer as paused, with a return date, and Keepwell holds its score until it resumes.

  • Paused clients do not count toward your plan’s client total.
  • Fixed: reply times on threads with more than one client domain were attributed to the wrong client.

New

The whole book, by account lead

Owners can now see every account lead’s clients on one screen: how many are healthy, how many are slipping, the revenue renewing in the next 90 days and how much of it sits behind a Watch or At risk score. It is the Monday stand-up, already filled in.

A client is still compared only with its own history. There is no score for a lead, and there will not be one.

  • Filter the renewals view by owner.
  • Leads see their own clients by default; owners choose who sees more.
