One request carried from intake to the carrier and filed back: a certificate issued, a renewal re-rated, an endorsement keyed. A run held in Needs review counts once, when a person approves it.
What happens if Solo runs past 400 in a month?
Nothing is held back. We email you at 350, and the month finishes at $0.35 an operation or moves you to Agency, whichever costs less.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Connecting the AMS and your first carriers is part of every plan and takes about twenty minutes on a call with us.
Do you charge per carrier?
Connections are counted by the plan, not billed one by one. A carrier you are appointed with but have not switched on does not count toward the limit.
How does annual billing work?
It takes two months off. An annual plan is invoiced once, in US dollars, and can be paid by ACH or card; you can still move up a plan at any point and pay the difference.
What happens to our records if we cancel?
Operations stop at the end of the period you have paid for. The audit log exports as CSV and PDF for your E&O file and stays downloadable for 90 days.
