A small team in front of every model.

Prism is fourteen people who think a router should be boring, auditable and paid for honestly.

We built the router we could not buy.

In 2025 the three of us were running a support product on four models from three providers, with a spreadsheet deciding which. Every price change meant a deploy. Every outage meant a page at 3 a.m. and a manual switch.

Prism started as the script that replaced the spreadsheet. It became a company when other teams asked for the script. Today it routes requests for a few hundred products, charges a flat fee, and still writes down why every request went where it went.

Three things we will not change.

Pass-through pricing
We make money on the platform fee, never on your tokens. The moment we take a cut per token, our incentives point the wrong way.
The log is the product
Every route decision is written down with its reason. A router you cannot audit is a router you cannot trust with production.
Boring on purpose
The API is OpenAI-compatible and stays that way. We change what is behind the endpoint, not the endpoint.
