What shipped, and when

Dispatch ships on a fortnightly cadence. Anything that changes what an agent is allowed to do is called out here before it reaches your workspace.

Agents

Agents can now read your calendar

A standing agent can look at your week before it proposes anything, so "find us an hour" stops producing three slots you were already busy for.

  • Agents see free/busy across every connected calendar, never event contents
  • Proposed slots respect working hours, travel days and the two-hour focus blocks you keep
  • A hold that nobody accepts releases itself after 48 hours

Briefs

Briefs comment threads, and a proper approval step

Turning a thread into a brief was already the easy part. Getting three people to sign off on it was not.

  • Inline comments with resolve, on any paragraph
  • Request approval from named people; the brief shows who is outstanding
  • An approved brief locks its decisions section and records who approved what, and when

Security

Customer-managed encryption keys

Enterprise workspaces can now supply their own KMS key. Revoke it and every stored draft, summary and brief becomes unreadable within the minute.

  • AWS KMS and Google Cloud KMS on day one
  • Key rotation without downtime or re-indexing
  • Revocation is immediate and irreversible, by design

Inbox

Undo, extended to thirty days

Every automated action is now reversible for thirty days rather than seven, and the history is searchable by the instruction that caused it.

  • Search the log by agent, by instruction, or by thread
  • Bulk-undo an agent's whole run if an instruction was wrong
  • Reversals are logged too, and appear in the SIEM export

Agents

Dispatch 3.0 — standing agents

The rewrite that moved agents off the tab and onto the server. Write an instruction in a sentence; it runs whether Dispatch is open or not.

  • Instructions in plain English, no rule builder
  • Server-side execution, so agents work overnight and on holiday
  • Per-agent history, cost and a plain account of every decision

Inbox

Split Inbox learns from what you archive

Archiving something without reading it is a strong signal, and Dispatch now treats it as one.

  • Sorting adapts within a day rather than a fortnight
  • A short explanation on every reclassification
  • Pinned senders are exempt and always stay at the top
