The waitlist fills a cancelled stop on its own
When a stop cancels, Bramble now offers the gap to the nearest household on your waitlist by text, without you opening the app. The first owner to reply YES gets it, and the day’s drive times recount around the new stop.
- Offers go out in order of distance from the stops on either side of the gap.
- You choose how early it may text people. The default is no earlier than 7:30 AM.
- If nobody takes it within 40 minutes, the gap closes and the afternoon moves forward.

Tip reports, ready for payroll
Crew and Fleet accounts get a tip report for any pay period: every tip by groomer and by day, with card and cash kept apart. It exports as a spreadsheet your bookkeeper will recognize.
As before, Bramble takes no fee on a tip. The report shows the full amount the owner pressed.

Route days recount while you drag
Dragging a stop used to show the new drive time after you let go. It now recounts as you move, so you can see that putting Hank before Loki adds nine minutes before you commit to it.
Pinned stops show a small lock and stay where they are. Everything else makes room.

Vaccine certificates, read from a photo
Photograph a vaccine certificate and Bramble reads the vaccine, the date given and the expiry, then files all three on the pet’s record. It handles the common clinic layouts and asks you to confirm anything it is unsure of.
- Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella are recognized by name.
- Owners can send the photo themselves by replying to a reminder text.
- The original photo stays attached to the record.

Crew routes: one day, split across vans
Accounts with more than one van can now draw a line on the map and give each van a side. Clients are assigned to the van that owns their address, and the booking link only offers them the days that van is nearby.
Moving clients between vans texts each household their new groomer’s name. Stops a family asked to keep with a particular groomer can be pinned, and the route bends around them.

Offline mode holds a whole day
The app used to keep the next three stops on your phone. It now keeps the entire day: route, notes, gate codes, vaccine records and invoices. Payments taken without signal are held and sent the moment you have a bar.
We tested this in a cul-de-sac outside Kuna where none of us has ever had service.

The “15 minutes out” text respects quiet hours
If your first stop was early enough, the on-the-way text could arrive before the quiet hours an owner had set. It now waits for the end of quiet hours, and tells you so on the stop.

Booking links learn your service area
You can now draw your service area on the map instead of listing ZIP codes. Addresses outside it are turned away politely and kept on a list, so you can see where demand is building before you add a day there.
Existing ZIP lists were converted to shapes automatically. Nothing changed for your clients.
Where it started: a route sheet taped to one dashboard, 2022.
