Do customers need to download anything?
No. They book from a web page on any phone, and confirmations arrive as ordinary text messages.
Can I approve jobs before they are confirmed?
Yes. Turn on approval for any service and new requests wait until you accept them, usually from your phone between jobs.
How does Arrive know the drive time?
It measures the drive from the previous job at that time of day, then adds your own buffer. Rush-hour buffers can be longer.
What happens to the calendar I already use?
Arrive syncs both ways with Google and Outlook calendars. Personal appointments block time, and booked jobs show up where you already look.
How do deposits get paid out?
Deposits reach your bank account in two business days and are credited on the job’s invoice. Refunding one takes a single tap.
Is there a contract?
