Services

Four disciplines. One fixed price.

We quote whole outcomes, not hours. Every engagement below is a fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed before we start and invoiced in two parts.

01

Laravel Development

Custom Laravel applications built for performance and maintainability. We handle everything from API design and database architecture to queue systems and deployment pipelines, so your team gets a codebase they can extend without us.

Typical length
6–12 weeks
Starts at
$35k

What you get

  • A production Laravel application in your own repository
  • API design, migrations, and Eloquent models documented
  • CI, staging, and a deploy your team can run
  • A week of pairing at handover, and a month on call after

02

.NET MAUI Applications

Cross-platform mobile and desktop apps from a single codebase. Whether you need iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS covered, we build .NET MAUI apps that feel native on every platform and integrate cleanly with your existing backend.

Typical length
8–14 weeks
Starts at
$40k

What you get

  • A .NET MAUI app deployed to iOS, Android, and Windows
  • REST and SignalR integration with your Laravel or .NET backend
  • Offline-first data sync where the use case calls for it
  • App store submission handled, with documentation for updates

03

TypeScript Engineering

Type-safe frontends and full-stack TypeScript applications. From React and Vue interfaces to Node.js services and API gateways, we build TypeScript code that catches errors at compile time instead of in production.

Typical length
4–10 weeks
Starts at
$30k

What you get

  • A typed TypeScript application with strict mode enabled
  • Component library built on code-ready tokens
  • End-to-end testing on the critical user paths
  • Build and deploy pipeline configured for your hosting

04

Architecture & Strategy

Before anyone writes a line of code, we work out what to build. We pull the idea apart with the people who have to live with it, agree what the first release has to prove, and write down what we are deliberately leaving out.

Typical length
2–3 weeks
Starts at
$8k

What you get

  • A one-page scope for v1, and the explicit not-doing list beside it
  • Technology recommendation: Laravel, .NET MAUI, TypeScript, or a mix
  • The single metric that decides whether the launch worked
  • A week-by-week plan you could hand to another firm

How we work

Three moves, repeated until it ships.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Decide

Two days with everyone who can say yes. We leave with a scope that fits on one page, a technology recommendation, and a list of what we are deliberately not building.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2–5

    Make

Backend and frontend run in the same week, not in sequence. You see working software every Friday, on a real staging URL, from week two onward.

  3. 03

    Week 6

    Ship

We deploy it, watch the first hundred people use it, fix what breaks, and hand over a repository your team can keep building in.

Working together

Three ways to start.

Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price. No hourly billing, no change orders, no surprises in month three.

Discovery

Two weeks to define what to build, for teams who already know they are building something.

$8k

Fixed, invoiced in full up front

  • Two days of technical workshops with your team
  • A one-page scope and a not-doing list
  • Architecture review and the launch metric
  • A costed plan for the build

Build

Most chosen

Architecture, development, testing, and deployment through to a production launch. Our usual shape of work.

$45k

Fixed, invoiced at kickoff and at launch

  • Everything in Discovery, then six to twelve weeks of building
  • Laravel backend and TypeScript frontend running in the same week
  • A deployed staging URL every Friday from week two
  • Handover pairing and a month on call

Partner

A standing two-day-a-week seat on your team, for companies past their first launch.

$14k

Per month, three-month minimum

  • Two fixed days a week from the same senior developer
  • Laravel, .NET MAUI, or TypeScript — whichever the month needs
  • Your tools, your standups, your repository
  • Thirty days notice, either direction

Questions

The things every founder asks us in the first call.

What does a first engagement usually cost?

A two-week discovery sprint starts at $8,000. A full build — architecture, development, testing, and deployment through to launch — starts at $45,000. Both are fixed-price, quoted before we start, and invoiced in two parts.

Do you work with pre-seed companies?

Often. About a third of our work is a first product for a team of two or three. We ask for a real budget rather than equity, because shops that take equity end up prioritising the wrong clients.

Who actually does the work?

The people you meet in the first call. We are a small team and we do not subcontract. If a project needs a specialism we do not have, we say so and recommend someone.

What happens to the code afterwards?

It is yours from day one, in your GitHub organisation, with the deployment pipeline documented. We hand over with a week of pairing so your engineers are not reading it cold.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes, and it usually goes well. We will ask to agree who owns which decisions in week one, because that is the thing that goes wrong when two teams share a codebase.

What technologies do you specialize in?

Laravel for backend web applications, .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile and desktop, and TypeScript for frontends and full-stack work. We choose the tool that fits the problem, but those three cover most of what we build for clients in Kansas City and the surrounding region.

Bring us the version that scares you.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no discovery invoice. If we are not the right team for what you are building, we will say so on the call and point you at someone better.
