You are booked
It is in both calendars and the video link is in the invite. Reschedule from the same link any time.

- Thu 10 June
Teams at these companies stopped emailing about times.
Set it up once, in about ten minutes
After that the only thing you do is send a link. Everything below is a real screen, drawn rather than photographed, so it stays sharp.
- Connect the calendars you already keep
- Tempo reads all of them at once, so a dentist appointment blocks a sales call without you moving anything across.
- Work [email protected] Checked
- Personal [email protected] Checked
- Studio Shared, 3 people Receives bookings
- Say when you actually work
- Weekday windows, a buffer either side, a cap on the day. Set it once and every event type follows the same rules.

- Share one link
- The other person opens it, sees only the times that already work, and picks one. It lands in both calendars.

The rules that keep your week yours
A booking link is only useful if it refuses the wrong bookings. These are the four that do the most work.
Never get booked into a wall
Set the least notice you will accept, a buffer either side of a meeting, and a limit on how many land in one day. Tempo refuses the rest before you have to.

A link people remember
Your booking page lives on a short address you choose, not a string of characters nobody can read out loud.

Fewer no-shows, and no chasing
A reminder goes out by email or text before the meeting, and a follow-up after it, without you opening anything.
And the smaller things you only notice once
None of these are the reason anybody signs up. All of them are the reason nobody leaves.
- Payments
- Take a deposit or the whole fee at the moment of booking.
- Video links
- A meeting room is created and attached as soon as a booking lands.
- Routing forms
- Ask two questions, then send the answer to the right person's calendar.
- Recurring events
- Book a weekly one-to-one for the next twelve weeks in a single pass.
- Team pooling
- Share the load round-robin, or find the one slot everybody has free.
- Workflows
- Reminders, follow-ups and surveys that send themselves on your schedule.
- Thirty languages
- Your booking page arrives in whichever one the visitor's browser asks for.
- Embeds
- Put the whole booking page inside your own site with one line of markup.
What people say once they have stopped emailing
The compliment we get most often is that nobody mentions the software any more.
We were spending the first four emails of every deal working out a time. Now the first email has a link in it and the second one is about the actual work.

Set it up in ten minutes and cancelled the tool we were paying four times as much for.

The overlay is the part clients mention. They stop guessing and just pick.

It writes to the tools you already open
Calendars, video rooms, payments and the place your team talks. Connect one in a couple of clicks and Tempo keeps them in step.
Questions we get asked first
If yours is not here, write to us. A person answers, usually the same day.
Ask us anything-
Is there a free plan, and what is missing from it?
The free plan is free for one person, forever: unlimited event types, unlimited bookings, calendar sync and reminders. What it does not include is anything that involves other people's calendars — round-robin, collective availability and shared routing all sit on the paid plans.
-
Which calendars can Tempo read?
Anything that speaks CalDAV or exposes an API, which in practice covers the calendar you are already using at work and the one on your phone. Connect as many as you like; Tempo checks all of them for conflicts and writes the booking to the one you nominate.
-
What happens when someone reschedules?
They open the same link, pick a new time, and both calendars update. Nobody sends an email that begins with the word sorry. You can also set how late a reschedule is allowed to happen.
-
Can I take payment when someone books?
Yes. Connect a Stripe account and set a price on any event type. Tempo will hold the slot, take the payment at booking, and refund automatically if the meeting is cancelled inside the window you set.
-
Does it work for a team, not just one person?
That is what the Teams plan is for. Pool a group so bookings go round-robin by fairness or by who is free first, or use collective availability to find the one hour that four people share.
-
Can I put the booking page inside my own site?
One line of markup embeds it inline, as a popup, or behind a button. It inherits your colours, and the booking still lands in the same place.
Send one link instead of four emails
Free for one person, forever. Two minutes to connect a calendar, and the next meeting arranges itself.
No card, no trial clock, nothing to cancel.
