storage items not displaying

Hi, I installed Wave on VPS and have a few issues. Images located in storage folder are not loading. <app.url>/storage/users/default.png - returns 404. How to fix this? Also, when I go to themes from admin panel and click on theme options button: voyager-params theme-options I get:

Was some help provided for this? I have the same problem. Seems to be these are out of box bugs in the current release.

Anyone care to post how to fix this?
