Purchased and Reviewed Months ago but Still no White Bonus Theme

Anyone else having a hard time getting the White bonus theme? I reviewed months ago...left messages...one included a screenshot of my review and still...nothing.

I've done that already but sent again and still no response. I've also contacted support directly. Noone is answering me.
