The issue has nothing to do with your hosting provider. Its the installation script that has some issues.

You can run php application/artisan migrate --seed --force from the hosting server terminal. If you have issues I can also fix it using FTP, just send me the details.

@mark thank you for your reply how i setup the developer version do you have any video on that? and what is the difference between the Developer version and The installer?

The developer version is recommended for people familiar with Laravel. The installer is for people not familiar with Laravel, however its easier to add custom features when you are not using the installer.

How do i setup the developer version i need help there's a lot of thing missing in the script the google ad don't show on the sidebar

Don't install the developer version unless are used to work with Laravel, or hire a freelancer.
Secondly, my support here is limited, please get a freelancer if you need customizations.
