something like this, its open source, but on laravel v4, and you cant create categories or tags via the admin.

i have one i wrote back in 2011 in codeigniter v2, would like an updated one for posting stuff. i havent found a free version of anything current, i saw one on codecanyon, but would like to see what can be done for what pricing, etc.
