Question about running programs

    Hello everyone,,
I'm just a casual guy that was bored when I was younger and decided to learn the basics of javascript. Now that I am grown up with a job, I wrote a program that automates a certain process that me and my colleagues go through every shift. Right now I'm having everyone run it in the console of our web browsers, but I want to know if there is a better way, such as running it as an .exe? I have found various solutions online but they all seem to involve downloading 3rd party programs and such. This is not a solution for me because I'm not allowed to do this on work computers, including plugging in an external drive. Sorry if this is silly sounding.

    Thanks guys!

You'd need to explain more about what your program does, if it needs the browser, etc. There are ways to run javascript outside the browser in a more stand-alone, single click maner, like using Node or wrapping in in an electron application.
