Using a third party CTI to integrate Chatter and ActivePBX.
I don't know if this is even the right forum for this but I'd like to ask if any of you here have tried using Tenfold which is a third party CTI to integrate Chatter with ActivePBX? If you have, can you share your experience? Our company is looking into getting it this 2018 and we'd really appreciate any feedback from other users before jumping to that agreement.

I actually haven't seen or heard of Tenfold before. It looks pretty cool. You could definitey integrate this into chatter; however, it may be more than just a plug and play to get it integrated. If you got this integrated we could definitely add some features to chatter to make it integrate better.
